退換貨政策

一、   退貨說明

  • 食品類商品不適用七日鑑賞期: 依據《消費者保護法》規定，冷凍及冷藏食品屬於易於腐敗、保存期限較短之商品，不適用七日鑑賞期規定。除商品本身瑕疵外，恕不接受退換貨申請。
  • 商品異常處理流程: 如您於收貨後發現商品有品項錯誤、缺漏、破損或其他瑕疵情形：◎請於收貨後 2 小時內聯絡客服◎並提供開箱影片及照片作證明（需清楚呈現未拆封至開箱過程）
  • 商品只提供「只退貨退款，不換貨」:請辦理退貨後，重新下單訂購。
  • 商品退貨時，請您以送貨廠商使用之包裝紙箱將退貨商品包裝妥當
  • 退款方式: 經本公司確認屬商品瑕疵後，將優先以購物金形式退回至原訂購帳號，或於客戶確認後30日內，匯款至指定帳戶


二、   以下情況不提供退貨退款

不受理退換貨之情形（包含但不限於）

  • 因個人口味／喜好（如味道、甜度、口感）
  • 未提供完整開箱錄影或商品包裝
  • 商品已開封、食用或保存不當
  • 非經過本網店售出之商品
  • 若訂單由第三方代收（如管理處、鄰居、朋友等），將視為商品已完成交付，恕不對其後之商品狀況、保存問題或遺失負責

三、   其他注意事項

  • 請確保收貨資料正確，如因資料錯誤導致配送失敗，運費需由客人承擔
  • 如無人收貨，或需重新安排配送，可能產生額外運費
  • 商品特性說明: 本公司商品為食品類產品，皆依相關法規標示。生鮮及秤重商品可能存在合理之重量或外觀差異，屬正常現象。訂購即視為同意上述說明，售出後恕不接受退貨（包裝瑕疵問題除外）。
