為何Facebook無法登入？

  • 由於 Facebook 會不定期進行應用程式審核與更新，有可能在您重新設定過後， Facebook 又有再做細微的更新，導致 Facebook 登入的功能暫時被關閉。如遇到此問題，可私訊官方LINE＠，我們將會引導您解決問題。
     

下單後幾天會出貨呢？

  • 訂單成立後3個工作日內會幫您出貨 (不含假日)
  • 【黑貓冷凍宅配】：下單後2~4工作天內到貨，不含假日 (請確保您的地址與電話是正確，如不便於聯繫時間取件，請在電話內自行與司機另約時間取件)
  • 【全家冷凍超取】：下單後3~4工作天內到貨，不含假日 (請確保收件人與您的證件資訊相符，如退回商品須酌收200元宅配運費，以重新寄出您的商品)。
  • 如遇到大促節日(如雙11、雙12等等)，因貨運滿載，將會延長2~3天出貨屬正常現象，敬請體諒。
     

為何結帳頁面還是顯示要收取運費，不是2500免運嗎？

  • 全館冷凍商品滿$2500免運，常溫滿$1400免運，請於結帳頁面確認所有使用的優惠後金額是否抵達免運門檻(包含購物金、點數、全店折扣等等)
  • 折扣後的金額要高於門檻，就不會看見運費收取的選項囉。
     

為何運送方式只有【店鋪自取】？

  • 常溫與冷凍屬於不同溫層物流。如線上購買商品欲配送，不同溫層商品則需分開下單。
  • 同一筆訂單常溫商品+冷凍商品已滿$5,000但因物流因素分開下單，可於下單後私訊粉絲專頁或官方IG、LINE@替您作白金會員資格之手動升級。
     

為何【店鋪自取】不見了？

  • 部分商品為特別促銷活動恕不適用店鋪自取，敬請使用全家/黑貓冷凍配送或直接於門市購買。(門市優惠詳參檔期DM)
